Description	Projekt je zaměřen na další odborné vzdělávání VaV pracovníků FF UJEP, dalších externích VaV spolupracovníků a vybraných studentů, a to v oblasti dokumentace a digitalizace kulturního dědictví - cílem projektu je zkvalitnění a rozvoj personálního zabezpečení VaV pracovníků a motivace a rozvoj budoucích VaV pracovníků (studentů Bc. a Mgr. oborů a především doktorandů) ve zmíněné oblasti. Dokumentace a digitalizace kulturního dědictví (DaD) patří ke stěžejním a nejrychleji se rozvíjejícím výzkumným oblastem Univerzity J. E. Purkyně (UJEP), jehož garantem je nově vzniklé Centrum pro dokumentaci a digitalizaci kulturního dědictví UJEP (CDDKD) a jehož rozšíření do budoucna se plánuje mj. v rámci OP VaVpI. Díky této výzkumné oblasti a jejím výstupům je UJEP efektivně navázána na aplikační sféru (muzea, památkové ústavy, katastrální úřady apod.), a tak trvale přispívá k posílení konkurenceschopnosti ekonomiky ČR v oblasti turismu, státní sféry i odborných institucí (cs) The main project objective is to improve the soft skills of researchers and students (undergraduate, postgraduate) of the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně and also researchers from new 'Centre for documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage'. Besides, the project is open for external researchers. Development of the soft skills will focused mainly on documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage. The project will be realized through three key activities: 1.Technical education aimed at documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage (work with devices and software) 2.Special methodological education aimed at documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage (lectures, workshops, conferences, short term attachments at institutions engaged in documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage) 3.Education focused on presentation the issue of research (special education of foreign languages, copyright and popularization of documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage) The development of these soft skills in documentation and digitizing of cultural heritage and their subsequent application into practice will enhance a competitiveness of project participants in the field of tourism, public administration and artistic institutions (museums, archives and others). The project outcome will be composed of 130 researchers, circa 200 undergraduate and postgraduate students and 50 persons providing related services. The secondary outcome will be the support for: establishing of new research units, internships of researchers and close cooperation between universities. (en)
