Description	The global aim of this project is to contribute towards improving the readiness of selected students of the doctoral study program and young research workers for communicating with persons with health impairment, when solving scholastic plans and analysis with these probands. The global objective thus proclaims meeting the following partial aims: 1. Improving communication competencies of selected doctoral study programme students and young research workers, and inspiration for utilising such competencies in communication with a group of medically impaired persons 2. Creating a contact network of schools that deal with the formulated education plan within their programmes, and through such establishments, ensure cooperation between workers of the target-group of the project. 3. Ensuring transfer of the acquired findings and guidelines amongst other research workers, and interest them in the issue with the aim of improving the quality of life of persons with health impairment. 4. Support inter-sector mobility between research institutions and the public sector, and through the means of such support to form top research and development teams and teams for further development. Dealing with the individual key activities will contribute to solving these aims. The target group will attain reach new quality parameters in its education, as it will improve in communication technologies for persons with health impairments. An output of this project, apart from specific methodical instructions, will be also a motivational effect with impact on improving the quality of special training for research and development. (en) Primárním obsahem projektu je vytváření kompetencí v oblasti komunikace vybraných studentů (budoucích vědecko-výzkumných pracovníků) doktorského studijního programu a mladých vědeckých pracovníků s osobami se zdravotním postižením při řešení vědeckých záměrů a analýz při práci s touto skupinou. Prostřednictvím klíčových aktivit bude provedena analýza relevantních informací na vybraných vysokých školách v ČR o úrovni vědomostí a dovedností v komunikaci se skupinou osob se zdravotním postižením. Tato analýza bude prostředkem ke zpracování metodických materiálů a proškolení vědeckých pracovníků a doktorandů v práci s metodickými manuály včetně realizace kolokvií, která budou sloužit jako podklad pro doplnění metodik. Součástí projektu bude i mezinárodní konference, jejímž cílem bude přenos know-how projektu na další subjekty zabývající se vědeckou prací a výzkumným řešením komunikačních kompetencí. (cs)
