Description
  • The aim of the project is to develop the potential of human resources in the regional centres of research in order to increase overall competitiveness of workers in the world and to increase involvement in international R & D projects and in the international research and innovation infrastructures and networks. The aims of the project will be met through the three pillars of the project: I. The SPECIFIC EDUCATION of the R & D workers for European competitiveness II. The promotion of the INTERNATIONAL NETWORKING (the organization of the international brokerage events and professional conferences, the promotion of the regional R & D capacities at the international level and direct support for participation in the preparing of the international projects) III. DIRECT ACTION to promote science and research in the region. Realisation of the project covers a period of 36 months. The project will support a total of 380 people through the realization of the 50 training events, 5 training with the international standards, 6 international conferences. The activities of the project will produce the panel of the outputs which provide a long-term sustainability PROMOTE. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je rozvinout potenciál lidských zdrojů v regionálních centrech výzkumu tak, aby byla zvýšena celková konkurenceschopnost těchto pracovníků v mezinárodním měřítku a bylo zvýšeno jejich zapojení do mezinárodních VaV projektů a mezinárodních výzkumných a inovačních infrastruktur a sítí. Cíle projektu budou naplněny prostřednictvím tří projektových pilířů - I. SPECIFICKÉ VZDĚLÁVÁNÍ pracovníků VaV pro evropskou konkurenceschopnost; - II. podpora MEZINÁRODNÍHO NETWORKINGU (organizací mezinárodních brokerage events a odborných konferencí, propagací regionálních VaV kapacit na mezinárodní úrovni a přímou podporou účasti na přípravě mezinárodních projektů) a III. PŘÍMÉ AKCE na podporu vědy a výzkumu v regionu. Projekt podpoří celkem 380 osob, prostřednictvím realizace 50 tréninkových akcí, 5 školení s mezinárodními standardy, 6 mezinárodních konferencí. Aktivity projektu povedou k vytvoření tzv. panelu výstupů, který zajistí dlouhodobou udržitelnost PROMOTE. (cs)
