Description	The aim of this project is to support the development of agri-biotech research teams through training and creating a stimulating environment. Altogether 286 academic and other staff, 241 students from Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia and 15 academic and other staff, 165 students from Czech University of Life Sciences will participate in this project. The opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills in following areas will be offered in the course of the project to all of target groups: methodology of science, new approaches and methods of research and development, general data processing methods, new skills and presentation of results of research work, publishing the results of research, and also language training in English terminology and use of information technology in research, protection of intellectual property rights, the popularization of scientific knowledge and project management, research funding and the possibility of raising funds for research, technology of projects writing and feasibility studies in research and their evaluation and monitoring, internships of academic staff and students in scientific and research institutes at home and abroad. In collaboration with experts will be solved the tangible, motivational and organizational prerequisites for the application of creative activities in research and development. The project will enable a comprehensive education of new experts for research activities in the field of agro-biotechnology. The output of the project will be functional teams of top experts, enhanced quality of education at all levels of study and graduates who have seriously influence the region's competitiveness in biotechnology and agriculture. (en) Projekt je zaměřen na komplexní vzdělávání cílových skupin v oblasti odborných činností VaV. Cílové skupiny budou lépe připraveny na zvládnutí celého procesu VaV včetně etapy financování a transferu výsledků do aplikační sféry. Seznámí se s aktuálními poznatky a trendy v jednotlivých oblastech VaV v oblasti agrobiotechnologických oborů. Vzdělávání se bude týkat i experimentálních metod jednotlivých oborů, vyhodnocování výsledku výzkumu a forem jejich prezentace. Součástí projektu bude jazyková příprava zaměřená na odbornou terminologii, využití informačních technologií ve VaV a ochrana duševního vlastnictví. Významnou částí projektu bude uplatnění vhodných nástrojů stimulace pracovníků, jejich výběru, hodnocení a rozvoje. Zásady týmové práce a harmonický rozvoj osobnosti pracovníků jsou témata, která budou systémově doplňovat moderní pojetí práce ve VaV. Projekt je v souladu s nově koncipovaným vědecko-pedagogickým zaměřením fakulty a odráží i strukturální změny, které ZF připravuje. (cs)
