Description	The aim of the project is research focused on development of know-how necassary for working out of innovative procedure of waste water utilisation from dairy industry as energetic material source for hydrogen production. The study will be focused on the bacteria producing gas (hydrogen). Selected strains will be characterised using molecular genetic methods. The research will be focused on hydrogen producing clostridia growing on media containing lactose.The influence of cultivation media composition, temperature and pH and the growth in laboratory fermentor will be investigated.
