Description	The goal of the project is an evaluation of the biological traits of the pathogen Claviceps purpurea, the viability of the inoculum and the susceptibility of the fungi to various types of fungicides and biopreparats. The other goal of the project is to evaluate a susceptibility of chosen varieties of rye (Secale cereale) to this pathogen and comparing various complex accesses leading to decrease of an incidence of ergot in the crop. The project should bring the new knowlege about the possibility the transfer of ergotinfection from some grasses to rye. (en) Sklerocia námele představují pro svou vysokou toxicitu vážné ohrožení lidského zdraví.Předmětem řešení je ověření biologických vlastností tohoto patogena (Claviceps purpurea) ve vztahu k životaschopnosti inokula, k odrůdové citlivosti žita, k citlivostikfungicidním a biologickým přípravkům a ke komplexním postupům opatření umožňujících snížení výskytu námele ve sklizené produkci. Tento projekt by měl přinést nové poznatky o možnostech přenosu námelové infekce z některých trav na žito. (cs)
