Description	Návrat osob po pracovních úrazech nebo trpících nemocemi z povolání do pracovního procesu patří mezi společenské priority. Cílem navrhovaného řešení je na základě odborných analýz zavést jednotnou metodiku funkčního hodnocení pracovního potenciáluzaloženou na Mezinárodní klasifikaci funkční schopnosti, disability a zdraví (MKF), která by byla použitelná zejména pro úřady práce a správy sociálního zabezpečení. Metodiku ověřit pilotními testy na dvou vybraných pracovištích rehabilitačních center scílem stanovit jejich reprodukovatelnost a validitu. (cs) The return of a person with a work related (occupational) injury or disease to employment is a priority for the society. The goal of the propose solution is (on the basis of the completed special analyses) to implement a unified methodology for thefunctional evaluation of person`s work capacity based on the International Classification of Functional Abilities, Disabilities and Health (ICFADH) that would be wspecially usable by Labour Offices and the Czech Social Security Administration. Thedeveloped methodology will be verified through pilot tests at two selected sites of Rehabilitation centers with the goal of determining its reproducibility and validity. (en)
