Description	Vývoj nové měřicího zařízení na povrchovou defektometrii velmi přesných strojních součástí. Zařízení umožní kontrolovat vnější i vnitřní povrchy včetně zakřivených a čelních ploch. Zfokusovaný paprsek laseru se po dopadu na kontrolovaný povrch rozptýlí do prostoru a část tohoto rozptýleného paprsku je snímána detektorem. Signál z detektoru je zpracován pomocí spec. SW v PC nebo účelové elektronické jednotce. (cs) Development of a new measuring device for the surface defectometry of the very precise machine parts. The device enables to check both outer and inner surfaces including curved and frontal surfaces. The focused laser ray is after the impingement on the surface to be checked dispersed into the space and the part of this dispersed ray is scanned by the detector. The signal of the detector is processed by means of special SW and the PC or at the purpose eletronic unit. (en)
