- Vybrat vhodné kultury z rodu Bacillus a zoptimalizovat jejich uchování, dále vybrat nejvhodnější komerčně dostupné protilátky. Studovat, charakterizovat a modifikovat různé druhy a struktury materiálů vhodných pro elektrochemické imunosensory. Zlepšit průběh imunostanovení, zvýšit reprodukovatelnost a vylepšit možnosti regenerace. Kriticky posoudit různé metody přípravy vrstev, imobilizace, regenerace a vybrat nejvhodnější metody k detekci a identifikaci simulantů nebo bojových biologických látek. (cs)
