Description	To review feasibility of expanding the reception frequency range and prepare a potential technical solution, enabling to practically introduce these changes in the event of future upgrades of the SDD systems. The project will bring the information on possibilities for expanding the frequency range, in particular to lower frequency bands where long-wave radars operate; furthermore, the feasibility and suitability of expanding the frequency range of signal reception in a frequency band over 8 GHz will be investigated. The efforts will be aimed at determing the upper limit relative the tropospheric effect above land and, as the case may be, above sea-level. Besides, an analysis will be made regarding the suitability and efficiency of complementing the SDD with receiving antennas in a band where new types of battlefield radars operate, with a possibility of reception under direct visibility. (en) Posoudit realizovatelnost rozšíření frekvenčního pásma příjmu a připravit možné technické řešení tak, aby bylo reálné tyto změny realizovat v případě příští modernizace stanic SDD. Projektem budou získány informace o možnostech rozšíření frekvenčního pásma, a to do nižších kmitočtových pásem kde pracují dlouhovlnné radary a dále výzkum reálnosti a i vhodnosti rozšíření frekvenčního pásma příjmu signálů ve frekvenčním rozsahu nad 8 GHz. Snahou bude určení horní hranice vzhledem k troposférickému efektu nad pevninou případně i nad mořem. Dále se bude provádět rozbor vhodnosti a efektivnosti doplnění SDD přijímacími anténami v pásmu nových typů bojištích radarů s možností příjmu na přímou viditelnost. (cs)
