Description	V současné době není v ČR k dispozici žádný univerzální nástroj, který by dovolil hodnotit na různých úrovních státní správy jednotným způsobem odolnost dopravní infrastruktury a zjišťovat její kritické prvky s ohledem na vazby k národní infrastruktuře ČR. Navrhovaný projekt si klade za cíl takový nástroj vyvinout. Protože základní úlohou analýzy systémů je analýza chování soustavy a hledání takových prvků soustavy, kde změna vstupního parametru vyvolá největší odezvu v chování soustavy, je hodnocení kritičnosti dopravní infrastruktury založeno na hledání kritických prvků a analýzu zranitelnosti dopravní infrastruktury. Pro řešení této úlohy byla zvolena metoda analýzy pomocí ohodnoceného orientovaného grafu a vyvinuty příslušné prostředky modelování dopravní infrastruktury. (cs) There is not a general disposable tool in Czech Republic nowadays, which could allow to evaluate the resistance of the transportation infrastructure on the different levels of the state administration and to recognize their critical elements regarding tocontext of national infrastructure. The goal of the proposed project is to develope that tool. Because of the elementary task of system analyses which is the analyse of the behaviuor of the system sets and looking for that set elements, of which inputchanges of the parameters evokes the biggest response in behaviour of the system, the evaluation of the critical points of the transportation infrastructure is based on searching of critical elements and vulnerability analyses of transportation infrastructure. For the solution of the problem there was selected an analytical method by the evaluated reticular graph and developed relevant tools of transportation infrastructure modelling. (en)
