Description	Zmapování vlastností textilií pro zastřikování, tvorba matematického modelu popisující textile, simulace deformace textilie, výzkum tečení plastu při zastřikování, spojení simulace vstřikování plastu a tvarování textilie. (cs) Proposed project is concerned with simulation technology of in-mold textile lamination. In-mold textile lamination is favored in automotive industry nowadays, due to persistent cost reduction. The parts, which are produced by this technology, have surface properties as textile with undersurface soft foam and have rigidity properties of a plastic body. During injection of melt into cavity the textile is shaped and thermal affected. Simulation technology is considered of current injection molding and deformation of textile. By the injection molding are flow and heat transfer different in the side of textile and in the side of mold. Forecast of the cut to size material blanks, holding points of textile in mold, estimation of possible defects, thermal affection and feasibility study are depended on skills and judgment of develop-industrialists nowadays. The simulation of this process can do less production and design defects. (en)
