| Description
| - Project concerns the boiling in the regime of isolated bubbles. Its goal is to enlighten the growth of the vapour bubbles attached to the wall and to understand their detachment. The proposed experimental setup should enable to obtain the bubble growth data, i.e. the evolution of the bubble volume, of the position of its center of gravity and its size at the detachment. Farther, we suppose to establish a bubble growth model, which is based on the modeling of the heat transfer at the triple-line or through the microlayer beneath the bubble, and on the balance of the forces acting on the bubble. These models can be used for the assessment of the model of the thermal interactions between neighboring nucleation sites. Another subject of the research is the confirmation of the effect of the dissolved gases on the flow around the bubble. Results of the research should enable the improvement of the boiling curve estimations, and they should be useful for understanding of the boiling process in general. (en)
- Projekt se zabývá bublinkovým varem. Jeho cílem je zlepšit porozumění dějů, které probíhají při růstu parní bublinky na stěně a při jejím odtrhu. Je navrženo jednoduché experimentální zařízení, ve které by umožnilo získat časový průběh růstu bublinky, tj. nárůst jejího objemu, vývoj polohy jejího těžiště a velikost bublinky při odtrhu. Dále předpokládáme vytvoření fyzikálního modelu pro růst bublinky, který je založen na modelování přestupu tepla u trojné čáry nebo ve filmu pod bublinkou a na bilanci sil působících na bublinku. Tyto výsledky by bylo možné zahrnout do modelu tepelných interakcí mezi nukleačními středisky. Dalším předmětem experimentu je ověření vlivu rozpuštěných plynů na proudění kolem bublinky. Výsledky umožní zlepšit odhad varné křivky a porozumění dějů při varu všeobecně. (cs)
