Description	- Modifikace a rozšíření metodiky výzkumu lidských zdrojů v IS/ICT - Analýza a zhodnocení vybraných studijní oborů (cs) Human capital in IS/ICT operations and development: Competitiveness of Czech tertiary education graduates Important success factor of competitiveness of the Czech Republic are also information systems and information and communication technologies (IS/ICT), where important role is played by human capital. Humans in relation to IS/ICT have roles like developers, architects, analysts, which require particular knowledge from particular knowledge domains. Presented research project (in relation to abovementioned role and knowledge domains) deals with structure, profile and other selected characteristic of graduates of study programmes in informatics of Czech tertiary education institutions. Research results are relevant both for other basic research projects (influence of demographic structure of IS/ICT workers on competitiveness, comparison of graduates demographic and qualification structures) and for practical applications (design of framework for study programmes in informatics or analyses of regional competitiveness).
