| Description
| - In the whole number of regions of the Czech Republic, especially in the Ostrava region and in North Bohemia there comes to the significant phasing out of the production and closing of production capacities. It has naturally the special impacts connected with the releasing of the employees, decreasing of the purchase capability, cancellation of schools, shops and hospitals etc. At the same time, the number of inhabitants of the towns of these problem regions (but not only of them) remains the same, in a substance. That is why, it is necessary to determine how much financial means must be produced in given area so that the existing number of inhabitants can live there and the number of unemployed person would not increase. The amount of state subsidies into the regions and number of state employees is closely connected with it. That is why, the goal of the project is the creation of the computer model on which the above mentioned problems can be solved and the proposal of the optimum solution. The (en)
- V řadě regionů ČR, zejména pak na Ostravsku a v severních Čechách dochází k významnému útlumu výroby a uzavírání výrobních kapacit. To má samozřejmě speciální dopady, související s propouštěním zaměstnanců, snižování koupěschopnosti, rušením škol, obchodů, nemocnic, atd. Přitom počet obyvatel měst těchto problémových regionů (ale nejenom jich), zůstává v podstatě stejný. Je proto nutno určit, kolik finančních prostředků se musí v dané oblasti vyprodukovat, aby se uživil stávající počet obyvatel apřitom se nerozšiřoval počet nezaměstnaných. S tím úzce souvisí výše státních dotací do regionů a počet státních zaměstnanců.Cílem projektu je proto vytvoření počítačového modelu, na kterém bude možno řešit výše uvedené problémy a navrhnout optimální řešení. Model bude zpracován v typové formě, tzn. že jej bude možno využívat pro různě velká (co do počtu obyvatel i rozlohy) města či oblasti. (cs)
