  • Cílem projeku je optimalizovat magnetické metody (Magnetické adaptivní testování a Barkhausenův šum) pro účely zkoušek oduhličení a nahradit tak dnešní převážně destruktivní testy oduhličení povrchu ocelí magnetickou nedestruktivní kontrolou. (cs)
  • Decarburization (DCB) shortens fatigue lifetime of steel construction elements substantially. Limiting values and destructive tests of DCB make nowadays basis of technical conditions for production of many steel parts. The aim of the present project is to optimize magnetic methods (Magnetic Adaptive Testing - MAT and Barkhausen Noise - BHN) for nondestructive tests of DCB and to discover correlations between the measured magnetic data and the parameters of DCB. First we identify optimum magnetic descriptors sensitive with respect to the DCB on laboratory series of conveniently shaped samples. In the second part of the project, the contemporarily developed testing heads allow to optimize detection of DCB parameters on real industrial parts. We developed the MAT-method lately. Optimization of BHN measurement and integration of MAT and BHN in a single testing head is a program of a present post-doctoral GACR project of dr.Stupakov. Each of the optimized methods and the more their combination, can offer an efficient nondestructive test of the industrially dangerous steel surface DCB. (en)
