Description	The sociological research is aimed to study the social dynamics of following processes: a)implementation of the obligatory European standards of the equal opportunities for men and women to the diferent spheres of the social life, b) enforcement of this policy of equal opportunities on the political and civil level, c) social acceptance of this policy. Both, the primary research and the processes of forming the policies of equal opportunities are directly linked to the practical use. These elements establish one coherent line of the research, focus of which is to support the efectiveness of the integration mechanisms and to harmonize the development of the civil participation in the field of human rights. The outputs of the research project are to be realized within short time periods and are directed to design suggestions and recommendations. The research orientation concur with the relevant concept of the gender mainstreaming in the current European concept. (en) Předmětem sociologicky orientovaného projektu je podpora sociální dynamiky těchto procesů: a) implementace závazných evropských standardů politiky rovnosti mužů a žen do různých sfér sociálního života, b) politické i občanské průchodnosti politiky rovných příležitostí, c) sociální akceptace této politiky. Osou projektu je analýza institucionálních, sociálních a občanských otázek souvisejících s postavením žen v české společnosti. Těžiště přínosu projektu spočívá v realizaci přímé návaznosti základního výzkumu a procesů formování politiky rovných příležitostí mužů a žen k cílenému využití v praxi. Tvoří tak jednu linii badatelského výzkumu, který je orientován na podporu efektivity fungování integračních mechanismů a harmonizaci procesů rozvíjení občanské participace v oblasti lidských práv. Výstupy jsou realizovány v krátkém časovém horizontu a směřují k návrhům a doporučením. Výzkumná orientace koresponduje se závažností gender mainstreamingu v současném evropském kontextu. (cs)
