| Description
| - Cílem projektu je výzkum na poli interakce člověk-počítač v humanitních vědách. K nosným úkolům projektu patří: výzkum informačního chování pregraduálních a postgraduálních studentů a vědeckých pracovníků v humanitních vědách. Základní výzkum se bude orientovat na způsob vyhledávání informací, využívání elektronických informačních zdrojů a v neposlední řadě na percepci informací z textu na fyzickém nosiči (kniha, tištěné periodikum) a na digitálním nosiči (zejména vzdálené báze informací přístupné pomocí Internetu), jejich porovnání. Do výzkumného pole spadají též nové formy tvorby elektronických studijních materiálů jako základu pro e-learning a hledání nových forem informační přípravy uživatelů informačních zdrojů na všech stupních vysokoškolského studia a vědecké práce. Vedle výzkumu člověka a jeho vztahu k informačním technologiím se projekt zaměří též na analýzy uživatelských rozhraní informačních technologií. (cs)
- The objective of the project is to research the interaction between human beings and computers in humanity studies. Main tasks of the project include the research of information behaviour of under-graduate, graduate and post-graduate students and academics in humanity studies. The basic research will focus on information retrieval methods, the use of digital information resources, information literacy and, last but not least, the perception of texts stored on physical carriers (books, printed journals) and on digital carriers (especially Internet remote access resources) and their mutual comparison. New forms of electronic text-books (the basis of e-learning) and new forms of information literacy education for scholars at various university study levels will also constitute part of the research. Apart from the information behaviour, the project also aims to analyse user interfaces of information technologies. (en)
