Description	Study of deformations of diffracting planes of internally cooled synchrotron radiation crystal monochromators. The aim of this project is to minimize these deformations.Both the deformations introduced during the manufacture and the deformations due to the radiation heat load will be studied. The measurement of double crystal rocking curves and precise x-ray topography will be the main tools for this study. The project is motivated by the present need of high quality monochromators for the 3rd and 4th generation synchrotron radiation sources. It is based on close cooperation with the manufacturer of the monochromators and with the optics groups at some synchrotron radiation sources. (en) Studium deformací krystalové mříže u křemíkových monokrystalických chlazených monochromátorů pro synchrotronové záření ze zdrojů třetí a čtvrté generace za účelem minimalizace těchto deformací. Jde o deformace vnesené jak výrobou, tak i absorbcí dopadajícího intenzivního rentgenového záření. Deformace budou studovány přesnou rentgenovou difrakcí a rentgenovou topografií. Projekt je motivován současnými nároky na kvalitu optických prvků pro synchrotronové záření a je založen na úzké spolupráci s výrobcem monochromátorů a skupin rtg. optiky u zdrojů synchrotronového záření.
