| Description
| - Cílem projektu je nové zpracování latinské historické mluvnice, které se zakládá na kooperaci metod historicko-srovnávací (genetické) jazykovědy, jazykové typologie a areální jazykovědy. Latina není vykládána na základě řečtiny a staré indičtiny, jako tomu bylo v tradiční indoevropeistice, nýbrž jako výsledek alternativního vývoje ze základu, k jehož rekonstrukci navrhovatelka přispěla ve své předchozí knize. Vědecká příručka latinské historické mluvnice (doprovázená komentáři relevantních textů) budeobsahovat řadu původních návrhů na nový výklad morfosyntaktických rysů latiny, z nichž některé budou zpracovány ve speciálních studiích. Příručka by mohla ve své české verzi nahradit dosavadní vysokoškolskou učebnici z roku 1946. (cs)
- "The aim of this project is to give a new treatment of the Latin historical grammar, which is based on the methodical cooperation of historico-comparative (genetic) linguistics, linguistic typology, and areal linguistics. Latin structure is not explained on the basis of Greek and Old Indian as it was the case in the traditional Indo-European research, but as a result of the alternative development of source structure whose reconstruction is outlined in the investigators recent book ""From Indo-European toLatin"". Scientific handbook of the Latin Historical Grammar (accompanied with commentaries of the relevaant texts) will contain many original historical explanations of the Latin morphosyntactic structures, some of which will be treated in special papers. In its Czech version, the handbook could replace the current university textbook published in 1946." (en)
