Description	The subject matter of this sociological project is the promotion of the social acceptance of institutional mechanisms for implementing equal opportunities for women and women in the public sphere. The project focuses on making accessible the results of research studies for specific groups of users, on initiating understanding and social confidence on gender issues and on building an efficient social intervention into gendered social practices. Project output will assess the impact of the intervention on thematising tabooed issues and on the process of implementing scientific argumentation into social discourses related to major issues in the lives of Czech women and men. It involves a critical assessment of actual benefits of the transfer of gender oriented knowledge, data and research studies. The research orientation of this applied project corresponds to the necessity to strengthen the credibility and importance of research and development in addressing major social issues of today. (en) Předmětem sociologicky zaměřeného projektu je podpora společenské akceptace institucionálních mechanismů vedoucích k prosazování principu rovných příležitostí pro muže a ženy ve veřejné sféře. Těžiště přínosu projektu spočívá ve zpřístupnění výsledků výzkumu cíleným skupinám uživatelů, v realizaci iniciace porozumění a společenské důvěry v tematizaci genderových otázek a v konstrukci efektivní sociální intervence do genderově organizované společenské praxe. Výstupy projektu zhodnotí vliv intervence na tematizaci tabuizovaných problémů a na proces prosazování vědecké argumentace do společenských diskurzů vztahujících se k závažným problémům života českých žen a mužů. Jde o kritické zhodnocení reálného přínosu transferu genderově podmíněných poznatků, dat a výzkumů. Výzkumná orientace aplikovaného projektu koresponduje s nutností posilovat kredibilitu a význam vědy a výzkumu pro řešení akutních a společensky naléhavých problémů současného světa. (cs)
