(cs) The Programme is aimed to reach such a level of knowledge, technical and technological level of the individual government departments and other government institutions, where safety and protection of the citizens of the Czech Republic is part of their competence, to be able to suggest such legislative, organizational steps, methods and tools to increase the internal security of the state and the citizens and to develop modern technological systems to increase the efectiveness of the crises management systems and the critical infrastructures security.
