| - V rámci výzkumného projektu zaměřeného na využití méně známých obilovin a pseudoobilovin byly připraveny 4 druhy piva a byla u nich provedena senzorická analýza.Byla připravena piva na bázi ječného sladu, pohankového a ječného sladu a špaldového sladu.Výsledky ukázaly, že hodnotitelé hodnotili velmi podobně klasické ječné pivo a pivo na bázi ječného a pohankového sladu (1:1). Pivo na bázi ječného a pohankového sladu může být dobrým řešením pro celiaky. (cs)
- Within the framework of the research project focused on marginal used cereals and pseudocereals four kinds of beer were brewed and sensory analysis under the conditions as set by ISO 6658 and 8589 was performed. Various kind of malt were used - barley malt, barley and buckwheat malt, spelta malt. Beer based on classical barley malt was evaluated similar to barley/buckwheat malt(1:1).Barley/buckwheat beer seems to be a good solution for celiacs.
