Description
  • Characterization and differentiation of subpopulations of NK and NKT cells in peripheral blood of PM/DM patients and healthy controls. Analysis of cytotoxic activity, cytokine production (IFNgamma, IL-5, granzyme B) and CD1d mRNA isoforms in identified NK/NKT cell subpopulations in peripheral blood of PM/DM patients and healthy controls. Correlation of the data with clinical features and activity of the disease, effect of a therapy on distribution of NK and NKT cell subpopulations. Conclusions deduced form the results could suggest whether exist NK/NKT cell subpopulations specific for PM and/or DM and whether the autoimmunity is a result of aberrant function of these cells.   • Charakterizace a diferenciace subpopulací NK a NKT buněk v periferní krvi pacientů s PM a DM a periferní krve kontrol. Analýza cytotoxické aktivity a produkce cytokinů (IFNgamma, IL-5, granzym B) ve zjištěných NK/NKT subpopulacích periferní krve pacientů s PM/DM a kontrol.Analýza exprese izoforem CD1d mRNA v buňkách periferní krve pacientů s DM/PM a zdravých kontrol. Korelace dat s klinickými údaji a aktivitou PM/DM, vliv terapie na složení subpopulací NK a NKT buněk. Závěry vyvozené z výsledků by mohly objasnit, zda existují subpoplace NK/NKT buněk specifické pro PM nebo DM, a zda je autoimunitní stav výsledkem abrantní funkce těchto buněk.
