Description	Paper discuss in detail the legislation in Czech Republic which is used for decision-making process in implementation of technical steps and measures to reduce the fragmentation of populations of big mammals. By summary of the legislation can be concluded that no law contains no explicit requirement to minimize the measures implemented. This situation can be explained by the fact that construction of special green structures and other measures are only a means to deliver what is expected by law - the reasonable load, sustainable development, protection of biodiversity, respectively allowing of migration, ecological-stabilization function of the landscape and wild species of flora and fauna.
