Results: Abouttwice as high risk oflungcancerwasfound in minerswith CWP (SIR = 2.21; 95% CI: 1.75-2.76). Lungcancer risk correlatedwiththeseverityof CWP (simple CWP SIR=1.96; 95% CI: 1.48-2.56, progressivemassivefibrosis SIR = 4.29;.
