Description
  • Význam typizace L. monocytogenes spočívá zejména v odhalování zdrojů a cest jejich šíření. K diferenciaci kmenů se používají metody feno i genotypové, zejména sérotypizace a metoda PFGE. Studie odhalila dvě komodity z tržní sítě čR s výskytem perzistentních kmenů L. monocytogenes. Současně byly pomocí typizačních metod dohledány dva případy onemocnění lidí vyvolaného shodným klonem. (cs)
  • The importance of typing L. monocytogenes isolates lies namely in the revealing of their sources and pathways of their spread. For the differentiation of those strains there are being applied methods of pheno- and geno-typing and especially serotyping and PFGE. The study revealed in the Czech market network two commodities with persistent strains of L. monocytogenes. By the typing methods there have simultaneously been tracked down two cases of human infection by the same clone.
