Description
  • Výzkumný ústav pícninářský, spol. s r. o. se mimojiné soustředí na šlechtění mezidruhových hybridů rodu Trifolium. Hlavním cílem je šlechtění na vytrvalost, přičemž je důležitá odolnost proti houbám rodu Fusarium spp.. Pro tyto potřeby je důležitým krokem získat informace o spektru druhů Fusarium spp. v porostech s přirozeným výskytem rostlin rodu Trifolium. Z těchto byly odebírány rostliny s viditelným napadením i rostliny vizuálně zdravé. Segmenty pletiv kořenového krčku a kořenů byly po povrchové sterilizaci vyloženy na sterilní živné půdy. Po inkubaci byly ze směsných kultur připraveny monosporické izoláty, které byly determinovány. (cs)

The main aim is persistence increasing of Trifolium pratense via hybridisation process. Persistence is complex attribute contingent in addition to on resistance to fungi from genus Fusarium which crown and root rots disease causing. Investigation of Fusarium species was realize on Trifolium pratense, T. repens, T. medium, T. campestre and T. alpestre as potential components for hybridisation from many localities in the Czech Republic. Fungal pathogens were isolate with classical mycological methods, monosporic isolates were important step for classical and PCR determination. In contribution will be present detailed results about Fusarium species composition on Trifolium compounds.
