Description
  • This paper deals with a batch reactor simulation. Inside of the reactor is running an exothermic process described by the chemical equation with first order chemical kinetics. The reactor is double walled, with a coolant based between the walls. A mathematical model derived on the basis of heat and mass balance equilibrium is used for simulation. As the actuating variable serves dosing speed one of reaction component, a reaction mixture temperature is used as controlled parameter. Studied is the Arrhenius coefficient influence on the process and its control performance.

  • Článek se zabývá simulací dávkového reaktoru. V reaktoru probíhá exotermní proces popsaný chemickou rovnicí s kinetikou prvního řádu. Reaktor má dvojtou stěnu vyplněnou chladícím mediem. Simulace využívají matematického modelu sestaveného na základě tepelných a hmotnostních bilanční rovnic. Akční veličinou je rychlost dávkování jedné s reakčních složek, teplota reakční směsi v reaktoru slouží jako regulovaná veličina. Sledován je vliv Arrheniova koeficientu na proces a kvalitu regulace.
