| - Příspěvek se zabývá postupem, který zlepšuje vyhodnocování charakteristik vulkametru během vulkanizace kaučukové směsi v laboratoři gumárenské technologie. Naměřená data, charakteristiky vulkametru, která se získala zápisem na liniový zapisovač, byla ručně odečítána pomocí pravítka. Proto bylo před několika lety navrženo počítačové zpracování dat, které bylo ověřeno ale dosud nepublikováno. Tvoří je následující algoritmus. Grafy získané liniovým zapisovačem jsou oskenovány, data jsou digitálně odečtena a uložena do tabulky. Pak se provede nelineární regrese chrakteristik vulkametru a je vypočtena aktivační energie. Bylo navrženo použití nelineární regrese, protože ta netransformuje chyby měření do výsledku jak je tomu v případě lineární regrese, která se používá běžně. (cs)
- The paper deals with the approach that improves the evaluation of the characteristics of vulcanizer during the hot vulcanizing of rubber in the laboratory of rubber technology. The measured data, the characteristics of vulcanizer, obtained by the line recorder had been processed manually, using the ruler. Therefore, the computer data processing was proposed some years ago, verified and has not yet been published. It consists of the following algorithm. The data obtained by the line recorder are scanned, digitally measured and saved in the table. Then the nonlinear regression of the characteristics of vulcanizer is realized and the activation energy is obtained. There was suggested and verified the usage of nonlinear regression, which does not transform the errors of measurement as it is in the case of linearized regression, which was commonly used.
