| - The computer control is one large area of applied informatics. Today´s control systems are mostly based on the different types of computers and their communication in more level systems is also defined by the computer communications rules. Practical laboratory training is very important part of education process in the area of technical engineering. It is necessary to verified theoretical knowledge with the real technological processes - if it is possible, or at least on the real models of technological processes. At the Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Faculty of Applied Informatics there are in the range of study branch Automatic Control and Informatics several disciplines focused to the problematic of automatic control theory. - každého technicky zaměřeného předmětu inženýrských studijních oborů. Je to významný prostředek pro ověřování získaných teoretických znalostí v reálném prostředí, v případě vysokoškolských laboratoří zpravidla na modelech reálných procesů. Na fakultě aplikované informatiky Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně je ve studijních oborech %22Automatické řízení%22 a %22Informační technologie%22 zařazeno několik předmětů zaměřených na teorii automatického řízení, která je přednášena od základů až po úroveň moderních metod a moderních matematických prostředků pro jejich aplikace. Pro laboratorní výuku jsme zhotovili řadu reálných modelů s možností připojení na řídicí počítačovou techniku od mikropočítačů přes PLC až po počítače řady PC. Jedním z modelů je model pro řízení systému s dopravním zpožděním, jehož vlastnosti a zkušenosti s ním jsou popsány v tomto příspěvku. (cs)
