  • The ability to communicate effectively and to reach mutual understanding is often the benchmark for success or failure both in company development and in our lives. The inability to listen, perceive the feelings of others, and the inability to express our own feelings and expectations is often the root cause of misunderstandings and personal crises. Public relations is about communication: about the ability to speak the language of people to whom we want to communicate. It is about the ability to express fundamental meanings in a comprehensive and clear manner, through a story that is understandable. Public relations is communication to specific people, companies, agencies, institutions and other subjects. It is about creating images, reputation, a good name, and influencing the opinions and behavior of others, both at the beginning and at the end of any “communication process”.
