| - Myšlenka potřeby celostního přístupu při přípravě lidí na manažerskou kompetentnost nás oslovila před deseti roky prostřednictvím K. Čapka a jeho výroků o moudrosti, rozumnosti a chytrosti. Tři slova: chytrost - rozum - moudrost. Všechny tři znamenají nějakou schopnost intelektu? Rozum může člověk úplně vložit do svého díla, může ho uskutečnit svojí prací, avšak moudrost vždy zůstane nad každým dílem. Rozum je v činu, ale moudrost v prožití. Moudrost člověka se spojuje s jeho vlastnostmi, zejména charakterem. Člověka rozumného poznáš podle toho, co umí, ale člověka moudrého a vznešeného podle jeho dobrých skutků. ?Věřím, že nové tisíciletí se stane věkem moudrosti - či už v důsledku okolností, které člověka přivedou ke skromnosti a pokoře, nebo kvůli jeho svědomí, nebo obou.? Známých je pět etap rozvoje civilizace. Ve věku lovců byly nástroje luky a šípy. V éře zemědělství nástroje na obdělávání půdy. V industriální době moderní technologie v továrnách. - The idea of the need for a holistic approach to the education of people for managerial competence was addressed years ago by K. Čapek through his comments on wisdom, rationality and brightness. Three words: Brightness ? Intelligence ? Wisdom. All three denote a certain intellectual ability ? humans can put intelligence into each piece of work; they can attain it through their work. However, wisdom still ranks above every individual piece. Intelligence is in the act, but wisdom is in survival. The wisdom of a man is connected with his qualities, and especially his character.
