- Budování znalostní společnosti vyžaduje kooperaci znalostí, kapitálu, práce a myšlenek jedinců. P. F. Drucker řekl: ?Společnost by měla být založena na znalostech a jejich sdílení?. Úspěch společnosti je tedy založen na lidech s vyšším vzděláním. Hlavním cílem článku je zodpovězení otázky: ?Jak můžeme pomoci manažerům získávat, uchovávat a sdílet znalosti, které jsou nevyhnutné pro jejich práci?.
