The building of an information society appears in different forms as an important part of governmental programs in all of the developed countries in the world. This scheme became an important element of public policy, and especially after the meeting of the G7 countries in February 1995 which promoted the task of building a ?Global Information Society? as an international task of overriding importance. - Společnost je živý, dynamický systém, neustále se měnící na základě individuálních subsystémů. Vytvoření informační a ?učící? se společnosti záleží na individuálních subsystémech. Budování informační společnosti záleží na rozdílných formách a její důležitou součástí jsou vládní programy. Tato schéma získala na důležitosti zejména po únorovém mítinku krajin G7 v roce 1995, kterého hlavním cílem bylo propagovat vytvoření Nadnárodní informační společnosti. Ale 21. století by mělo mít přívlastek znalostní společnosti. Hlavním prvkem bude využití a sdílení znalostí. Zde nastává otázka, co nás čeká po znalostní společnosti, bude to emoční společnost? (cs)
