  • In the past several years, for their dynamic development, modern philosophy and the theory of enterprise organizational structures have taken advantage of the acceleration in particular of psychological knowledge. My contribution will be focused on an summary of the two most significant contemporary trends in enterprise management communication and psychology in connection with company organizational structures. Among these new-age trends, in particular I place the process of transformation of enterprise organizational structures and the role of psychology when stabilizing the labour force in a new organizational structure. Standing in the forefront is the concept of ?flexible contingent labour force?, when workers in certain organizational structures within the enterprise gradually transition into performing a set of various jobs for certain clients. On both sides, this creates not just a so-called labour and professional portfolio but also problems in motivation and organization of work.

  • V posledních několika letech, po dynamickém vývoji, moderní filosofie a teorie podnikové organizační struktury využili zrychlení zejména psychologické znalosti. Můj příspěvek bude zaměřen na shrnutí dvou nejvýznamnějších současných trendů v podnikání a řízení komunikace a psychologie v souvislosti s organizačními strukturami. Mezi tyto nové trendy patří místo v procesu transformace podnikové organizační struktury a roli psychologie při stabilizaci pracovních sil v rámci nové organizační struktury. V popředí stojí zejména pojem %22podmíněné pružné pracovní síly%22, kdy zaměstnanci v určitých organizačních struktur v podniku postupně přechází do vykonávání řady různých zaměstnání pro některé klienty. Na obou stranách to působí nejen na tzv. práce a profesionální portfolio, ale také na problémy s motivací a organizaci práce. (cs)
