| - In his article the author deals with theory of interest groups. He presents some basic definitions. He defines interest groups to which companies should pay particular attention while communicating and with which they should keep up the mutual communication. The aim of this being lowering of an informational asymmetry, improving and strengthening of the firms# good reputation, and their better stability in the time of crisis. The paper includes analysis of the importance that the firms working in the Czech Republic attach to the individual interest groups. Furthermore, analysis of the firms# actual communication with the individual stakeholders is available. The analysis took place from November to December 2004, and 178 firms working in the Czech Republic were addressed. Forty-one firms responded positively and sent back the completed questionnaire

- Autor se v tomto článku zabývá zájmovými skupinami, jejichž základní definici prezentuje. V článku jsou definovány takové skupiny stakeholders, které jsou pro firmu důležité a se kterými je vhodné udržovat oboustranou komunikaci. Tato komunikace je důležitá pro snižování informační asymetrie, posilování dobrého jména firmy a její větší stabilitu v období krize. Součástí tohoto příspěvku je analýza významu jednotlivých skupin stakeholders pro firmy v České republice a analýza skutečné komunikace firem s těmito skupinami. Tyto analýzy byly provedeny v listopadu a prosinci roku 2004. Bylo osloveno 178 významných firem působících v ČR, 41 z těchto firem reagovalo pozitivně a odeslalo správně vyplněný dotazník. (cs)
