Description
| - One of the food, which induces allergic reactions is the bovine milk. This work deals with the determination of the low molecular weight proteins (especially α-Lactalbumin, β-Lactoglobulin) that are included in the bovine milk in dependence on the day of the lactation post partum. The research was made with 5 randomly choice dairy cows of the Holstein breed on the second and on the third lactation with the same feeding ration and from the same dairy farm. The method, that was choosen for the determination of protein fractions, was SDS-PAGE (Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis), which is the most widespread used separative method for the qualitative analysis of the protein mixture. The separation is based on different molecular weight whereat is based the electric field exerted.

- Kravské mléko je jedním ze zdrojů alergických reakci.V práci je řešena problematika nízkomolekulární hmotnosti proteinu (zejména a-Lactalbumin, a-Lactoglobulin). Výzkum byl uskutečněn na mléku od 5 náhodně vybraných dojnic plemene Holstein na druhé a vyšší laktaci. Krávy byly krmeny stejnou krmnou dávkou. (cs)
