  • Použitím nanokompozitů typu polymer/jíl mohou být zlepšovány mechanické vlastnosti, jako je tepelná stabilita, permeabilita pro plyny a vodní páru a také hořlavost. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo studování vlivu nanoplniv (Cloisite(R)Na+, Cloisite(R)30B), interkalačních činidel (dietylenglykol, polyetylenglykol) a ko-interkalačních činidel (dioktylftalát, isodecyldifenylfosfát, trikrezylfosfát) na tepelnou stabilitu nanokompozitů typu PVC/jíl. Směs suspenzního PVC, změkčovadla, tepelného stabilizátoru a ko-stabilizátoru a různě modifikovaný MMT byly zpracovány interkalací v tavenině polymeru. Dále byly provedeny následující zkoušky: měření pH, stanovení kongočerveně a hořlavost při 600°C po dobu 20 minut v muflové peci. (cs)
  • Polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites have many unique properties, when they are clay-filled. The properties such as mechanical, thermal stability, gas permeability, and flammability can be substantially improved. The main aim of this work was the study of thermal stability of PVC/clay nanocomposites. Firstly, the diethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol was used as an intercalation agent of montmorillonite nanofillers. These compounds were applied separately or together with one of the co-intercalation agents. The plasticizers, dioctyl phthalate, isodecyl diphenyl phosphate and tricresyl phosphate, were used as the co-intercalation agent. The compounds of the suspension-type of PVC and modified montmorillonite were prepared by the melt intercalation method. Afterwards, the congo red method, pH method and finally furnace-burning at 600°C for 20 minutes were tested.
