| - CNC frézka EMCO TURN 325-II, která slouží k obrábění ocelových dílů, používá manipulátor pro vkládání a vyjímání dílů. Manipulátor se skládá z následujících částí a příslušenství: z portálového robotu, mechanismu pro automatické zavírání a otevírání dveří stroje, vstupního zásobníku pro polotovary, ochranné bariéry a z uchopovací hlavy. Tento článek popisuje návrh technického řešení uchopovací hlavy. (cs)
- The CNC lathe machine EMCO TURN 325-II, which turns steel parts, uses a robot manipulator for the part insertion and withdrawal. The robot manipulator system consists of a gantry robot, an automated opening and closing of the machine door, an input magazine for intermediate products, protective barrier and a manipulator hand. The 2-axis gantry robot is based on FESTO linear electro drives that use servo motors. The pneumatic automated opening and closing of the machine door is ensured by a double-acting linear pneumatic drive. The automatic magazine for intermediate products provides precise position of the intermediate product, at the same time the magazine makes it possible to open storage bin for turnings. The protective barrier ensures safety for operators and keeps off collisions. The manipulator hand lifts the intermediate product from the magazine and inserts it into the clamp jig of the CNC lathe.
