  • Keramická sloučenina kalcium pyrofosfát (Ca2P2O7) byla v průběhu let intenzivně studována. Hlavní oblasti, které se tomuto materiálu otevřely, jsou ve vývoji bio-keramických materiálů [1-3] pro regeneraci kostí [4], luminiscenci [5] a v poslední době se také objevila možnost použití pro mobilní telefony a vysoce kvalitní mikrovlnná dielektrika [6]. Ve všech těchto aplikacích má pro konstrukci požadovaných struktur velký význam znalost smáčivých vlastností samotných částic. Stejně tak důležité je porozumět jak lze tyto vlastnosti měnit pro dosažení lepšího zpracování a jestli existují nějaké nepříznivé podmínky ve smyslu stability suspenzí těchto sloučenin. V této práci je smáčivost kalcium pyrofosfátu vyšetřována pomocí dvou technik, jednak tradičním měřením kontaktních úhlů smáčení a také technika gravimetrie sorpce par. Pro modifikaci povrchové chemie kalcium pyrofosfátu byly použity metody žíhání v muflové peci a nízko-teplotní doutnavá plasma [7]. (cs)
