  • Tato práce se zabývá sledováním průběhu biorozkladu látek ve vodním prostředí s využitím automatického analyzátoru Micro-Oxymax. Cílem bylo ověření platnosti modelu acidobazické rovnováhy CO2 v závislosti na aktuálním pH kapalné fáze a koncentraci CO2 v plynu a optimalizace podmínek testů pro podmínky analyzátoru. Za těchto podmínek byla testována biologická rozložitelnost reálných vzorků ve vodním prostředí mikroorganismy půdního výluhu. (cs)
  • This work investigates biodegradation course of substances in aqueous environment applying automatic analyser Micro-Oxymax. The aim of this work was to verify the validity of acidobasic CO2 equilibrium in gas-liquid system depending on actual pH of liquid phase and concentration of CO2 in gas. In addition, the applicability of the acidobasic model under experimental conditions usable for analyser was exposed. Under these conditions, the biodegradability of mixed PVAL-based materials in an aqueous environment was tested.
