  • Polyurethane composites (PC) filled with MnZn ferrite and hybrid polymer composites (HPC) consisting of polyurethane filled with the same magnetic filler and various types of conductive fillers (carbon black, aluminium powder, polypyrrol, carbon fibres) were prepared. Magnetic and dielectric spectra of these materials were studied in the frequency range 1 MHz # 10 GHz with the goal to investigate the influence of magnetic and conductive fillers fraction on electromagnetic properties of prepared composites. The considerable enhancement in the value of permeability has been observed in HPC compared to PC due to the presence of conductive filler in HPC regardless their type and level of conductivity. This effect could be utilized for electromagnetic wave absorbers.

  • Byly připraveny kompozity na bázi polyuretanu plněného MnZn feritem (PC) a hybridní polymerní kompozity (HPC) obsahující polyuretan plněný stejným magnetickým plnivem a různými typy elektricky vodivého plniva (saze, práškový hliník, polypyrol, uhlíková vlákna). U těchto materiálů byla změřena jejich magnetická a dielektrická spektra ve frekvenčním rozsahu 1 MHz až 10 GHz s cílem zjistit vliv podílu magnetického a elektricky vodivého plniva na elektromagnetické vlastnosti připravených kompozitů. Ve srovnání s PC byl u HPC pozorován výrazný nárůst hodnot permeability v důsledku přítomnosti vodivého plniva nezávisle na jejich absolutní hodnotě elektrické vodivosti. Tento efekt by se dal využít u absorbérů elektromagnetického záření. (cs)
