Description
  • Typical task of the MPI analyses is a prediction and optimization of the part and mold design that will be produced. Redesigning of the part and mold used already in production is also required frequently. There is usually required production costs reduction, cycle optimization or part troubleshooting. It is difficult to find the best way leading to the successful solution because we are strictly limited by the present state of the part and tool design. In the example of the cylinder head cover we can see the filling of the cavity optimization, dimensions stabilization and warpage modification with minimum costs.

  • Typickým úkolem pro MPI analýzy je optimalizace dílu a formy, jež bude vyráběna. Velmi časté jsou změny dílu i formy v průběhu výroby. Obvykle je vyžadováno snížení nákladů, optimalizace cyklu nebo odstranění vad dílu. Je obtížné nalézt vhodný způsob, vedoucí k úspěšnému řešení, protože jsme striktně omezeni současným stavem dílu a návrhu nástroje. Na příkladu krytu hlavy motoru vidíme optimalizaci plnění dutiny formy, stabilizaci rozměrů a úpravu deformace s minimálními náklady. (cs)
