  • Objemová relaxace iniciovaná tlakem byla měřena u polykarbonátu na zařízení pvT 100. Byly použity dva různé způsoby solidifikace. V prvním případě byl materiál zchlazen pod Tg a poté byl zvýšen tlak. Samotné měření expanze bylo prováděno při uvolnění tlaku po různé době annealování. V druhém případě byl nejprve aplikován tlak a poté byl materiál zchlazen pod Tg. Srovnáním velikosti relaxačních změn a relaxačních časů bylo zjištěno, že relaxace iniciovaná tlakovým skokem závisí na teplotě, při které došlo ke zvýšení tlaku. Druhý způsob iniciace je rovněž schopen simulovat vstřikovací proces výroby CD, při kterém dochází k chlazení za vysokého tlaku. (cs)
  • Volume relaxation measurements were performed on polycarbonate used for production of compact in range of pressures up to 200 MPa. For tests piston-die pvT instrument was used. Two different way of material solidification were performed. In the first type of tests the molten material was cooled down to glassy state and then pressure was applied. The measurement of sample expansion followed realising of pressure (pressure down-jump) was then performed after some period of annealing. In the second measurements the PC was solidified by application of pressure and then cooled to experimental temperature. After annealing the pressure was realized. It was found that relaxation after pressure down-jump is dependent on the path of PC solidification determined by the total amount of relaxation changes and relaxation time-scales. Further the second type of test is capable to simulate injection-molding process, which is combination of cooling of polymer melt simultaneously with applying of process pressure.
