  • V kožedelnom priemysle vzniká celá rada najrozmanitejších odpadov. Odhaduje sa, že asi 30-40% primárnéj suroviny prechádza do odpadu. Prevažnú časť týchto odpadov možno zúžitkovať a zhodnodiť.[1,2] Úlohou práce bolo sledovanie sieťovania hydrolyzátu kolagénu pomocou sieťovacích činidel a to konkrétne pomocou epichlórhydrínu. Zosietené vzorky boli analyzované Diferenciálnym skenovacím kalorimetrom (TA DSC 2010). Vzorky vážiace medzi 3-5 mg boli zahrievané pod atmosférou dusíka. Vyhrievacia rýchlosť bola 5°C.min-1 a 10°C.min-1 v teplotnom rozmedzí 25-350°C. Stanovovali sme entalpiu H a maximálnu teplotu Tmax prislúchajúcemu exotermickému píku objavujúceho sa približne pri 200°C. (cs)

The crosslinked samples were analyzated by Differential scannig calorimeter (TA DSC 2010). The specimens weighing between 3-5 mg were heated under an atmosphere of dry nitrogen. The heating rate was 5°C.min-1 and 10°C.min-1 at temperature range 25-350°C. We have determined enthalpy H and temperature Tmax respective to exothermic peak appearing approximately at 200°C.
