  • Electrorheological (ER) effect and dielectric properties of PANI/BaTiO3 nanocomposites suspensions with various amount of PANI have been investigated. Polymerization of aniline was performed under ultrasonic irradiation in the presence of BaTiO3 nanoparticles. In spite of large dielectric constant, BaTiO3 only shows weak ER effect in DC electric field. The treatment of BaTiO3 significantly increases the intensity of an observed ER effect, which continuously rises with PANI content in the system. Attention has also been paid to the analysis of dielectric spectra, where an interfacial polarization seems to be dominant. Maximum of dielectric loss shifts to higher frequencies with increasing PANI concentration, which corresponds to shorter relaxation times.

  • Elektroreologický efekt (ER) a dielektrické vlastnosti nanokompozitních suspenzí byly zkoumány s rozdílným množstvím PANI v systému. Navzdory velké dielektrické konstantě BaTiO3 vykazuje slabý ER efekt v elektrickém poli. Ale jeho úpravou jednoznačně vzrůstá intenzita pozorované ER odezvy, která kontinuálně vzrůstá s obsahem PANI v systému. Pozornost byla také zaměřena na analýzu dielektrických spekter ER suspenzí. Dielektrické vlastnosti permitivita (e#) a dielektrický ztrátový faktor (e##) byly měřeny ve frekvenčním rozsahu 40 # 105 Hz . Je známo, že ER efekt souvisí s mezifázovou polarizací a intenzita ER efektu závisí na polarizovatelnosti (De#). S rostoucím obsahem PANI v nanokompozitu dochází k posunu maxim dielektrických ztrát do vyšších frekvencí a to odpovídá kratším relaxačním časům. Výzkum se také zaměřil na závislost to a De# na množství PANI v ER suspenzi. (cs)
