  • Je známo, že struktura a výsledné vlastnosti vstřikovaného polypropylénu jsou úzce spojeny s procesními podmínkami. Tato práce je zaměřena na sledování vlivu teploty formy (MT) na strukturu a vlastnosti vzorků vstřikovaných z čistého (alfa-iPP) a beta nukleovaneho polyppropylenu (beta-iPP). Čistý iPP a iPP s obsahem nuklečního činidla 0,03 hmotnostních % byl vstřikován v teplotním rozsahu 40-120 oC. Studium polymorfní kompozice pomocí rentgenografie nepotvrdilo výrazný vliv teploty formy na strukturu, nicméně bylo zjištěno, že teplota formy výrazně ovlivňuje mechanické vlastnosti obou, alfa i beta polypropylénu.   • It is well known that structure and resulting properties of injection-moulded polypropylenes are closely associated with processing conditions. Consequently, this work is focused on influence of the mould temperature (MT) on structure and properties of the specimens injection-moulded from neat (alfa-iPP) and beta nucleated isotactic polypropylene (beta-iPP). Neat and 0.03 wt. % of beta nucleator doped iPP was solidified in the range of mould temperatures of 40-120 °C. Polymorphic composition studied by means of wide-angle X-ray scattering did not show significant sensitivity to MT. On the contrary, moulding temperature notably influenced mechanical behaviour of both alfa-iPP and beta-iPP specimens.
