Description	The aim of this text is to present the subjects, which will be included in the dissertation thesis. All discussed topics are related to the radon studies. General information about radon properties are depicted, basic information about the NEMO 3 and SuperNEMO experiments are provided. Infrastructure built in IEAP CTU in Prague is described. Results of testing of the apparatus for measurement of low radon activities and Results of radon diffusion through shielding foils are presented.
