  • Efekt sdílení náboje způsobený příčným šířerním nosičů náboje pod vlivem elektrického pole byl zkoumán v pixelových detektorech Medipix2 a Timepix tloušťky 300 μm. Detektory byly ozařovány protony a těžkými ionty, jmenovitě alfa částicemi, 6Li, 7Li, uhlíkem a ionty kyslíku. (cs)
